Founder, Caroline Freedman, London College of Fashion Graduate, London Boutique Owner, Stylist to the British Broadcast and Music Industry, Publicist to some of the worlds most premium luxury brands and retailers including Browns of London and successful London Personal Trainer, stumbled across creating Laya T almost by accident whilst styling a charity fashion show. 

The real women models were unsure of modelling some of the latest cropped shapes and fashion silhouettes seen in today’s collections, preferring to wear them with vests or tees. Caroline was attempting to avoid bulky under-layers and unsightly straps. Realising at that moment that she could solve this common wardrobe problem, Laya-t was born.

A new essential in luxury shapewear would boost the confidence of these gorgeous women, allowing them to wear the latest fashion styles whilst creating the perfect hourglass figure. The more Caroline thought about the concept, the more she realised how applicable this versatile product would be to various aspects of these busy women’s lifestyle. An essential range for everyday layering, a luxe range for those special eveningwear occasions and an active range to help support them during their workouts, never again having to suffer a rising top during class burpees or downward dog.
